I live in North Wales, work in Joe Browns in Llanberis and spend all my free time climbing, hill running and training. I tend to be driven by the line, the history and the adventure. Existing is easy, living is hard and it requires effort. I know I don't put enough in and its a constant battle to change that. To be ready for that moment, exposed, afraid, on the edge, walking the tightrope and reaching relief and success or falling upon failure. There's also some pain and suffering. I find dealing with failure the hardest thing but if it was easy it wouldn't be worthwhile.
Its also about the people you meet along the way, fun and shared experience. Friends are a constant source of inspiration and advice. I've met some amazing people and I look forward to meeting more. So I suppose this is a beginning. A journal of places, people, routes, thoughts as much for me as anyone else and hopefully it helps to inspire someone along the way.
